Shipping Policy
UPS Priority Shipping
All items ship via UPS Priority Mail to the United States.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Priority Mail (US) delivery time is 3-5 business days after order has shipped.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing a UPS tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update. Please use UPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered. Please use your tracking number to keep track of your delivery status.
- To ensure that your package is delivered timely and accurately, please ensure that your address information is correctly entered at checkout and includes all relevant and/or required information. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments for address information that was provided incorrectly or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- Packages returned for "Insufficient Address", "Undeliverable Address", "Unknown Addressee" etc, will be processed as store credit only minus the original shipping fee per our store policy. (Refer to our Return Policy tab).

Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order please fill out the form below to request a Return Requests Form within 7 days of the delivery date.
All returns are processed as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping cost for unworn, undamaged, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns. If you do not see an email with the funds, please check your spam folder.
If you need to exchange your item it will be processed in the same manner as a return. A new order will need to be placed once the return is issued.
Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date.
